About the Role

CGW Australia Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Formworker / Concreter to join our growing team delivering civil infrastructure projects across Queensland. The initial assignment will be based in the Sunshine Coast / North Brisbane region, with future opportunities to work on a variety of remote and regional projects.

You will play a key role in delivering structural concrete works including footpaths, crossovers, kerbs, pits, headwalls, and floodways.

Key Responsibilities

Set out and install formwork and falsework for civil concrete structures

Pour, screed, and finish concrete to required tolerances and specs

Assist/install reinforcing steel placement and pre-pour inspections

Work closely with Site Supervisors and Engineers to meet program

Maintain safe work practices in accordance with WHS regulations

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in civil formwork and concreting

Ability to read plans and work to levels

White Card essential

Additional plant tickets (e.g. roller, excavator, skid steer) highly regarded

Willingness to travel and work in regional areas (2:1 roster typical)
