✅ What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in formwork carpentry

Confident working with slabs, walls, decks, columns, stairs, and curved/architectural details

Ability to read and follow plans

Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork

High safety standards and productivity focus
