OTFC Group
Posted 2 days ago
Community flexibility with a team that has your back.
For over 30 years, Occupational Therapy for Children has set the benchmark for exceptional paediatric occupational therapy. We help children and young people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and live fulfilling lives.
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Camberwell and Moorabbin team in a hybrid community and clinic role.
This is the perfect opportunity for sole practitioners and experienced community or school-based OTs who love the autonomy and flexibility of community work but want to ditch the admin burden and gain the support of a highly skilled team. At OTFC, you get the best of both worlds—independent work in homes, schools, and community settings, backed by a collaborative team, structured supervision, and administrative support. No solo stress, no chasing invoices, no scheduling nightmares. Just occupational therapy, done better. Done together.
Why OTFC?
At OTFC, we’re more than just an OT practice—we’re champions of growth, creators of joy, and catalysts for transformation. Our culture is our heartbeat, and we welcome you with open arms. If you’re looking for a role where you can do meaningful work, maintain work-life balance, and be part of a team that truly cares, your journey starts with us.
What you’ll love:
Flexibility & Autonomy: Take control of your day and focus on delivering high-quality therapy
Above Award Remuneration: Competitive salary, annual reviews, and a Discretionary OT Allowance (up to $15,600 per year)
Career Growth & Development: Paid professional development, structured supervision, and career pathways
Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements (part-time, full-time, 4-day week), paid parental leave, and access to wellbeing programs
Incredible Team Culture: Supportive colleagues, regular team events, and a strong sense of connection
Administrative & Clinical Support: Focus on therapy while our team handles the admin
