As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be part of a vibrant environment that prioritises sustainable caseloads, genuine relationships, and innovative service delivery, supporting clients across the lifespan through functional, psychosocial, and sensory-based interventions delivered in studio, community, and telehealth settings.

About the Role:

  • Build a purposeful caseload focused on functional, psychosocial and sensory-based OT work
  • Provide assessments and therapy to clients across the lifespan (NDIS, mental health, trauma-informed)
  • Deliver sessions in a mix of settings – in-studio, in-home, in the community, and via telehealth
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists, social workers and therapy assistants
  • Choose to engage in exciting group programs or project-based community initiatives
  • Work under leaders who are OTs themselves and understand the importance of sustainable practice

Support Available:

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced OT supervisor
  • Team meetings and learning hubs across sites
  • Access to external supervision or specific skill-building opportunities
  • In-house CPD, group supervision, and reflective practice groups
  • Robust onboarding with shadowing and gradual caseload build-up

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • AHPRA registration
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
