Located in Busselton on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay and a second location in the heart of Dunsborough, Capecare takes great pride in meeting the changing needs of today’s ageing community by delivering an outstanding model of care for clients and families choosing their services.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities. We offer a variety of shifts, including AM,PM and Nights.

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $47- $52.60 (depending on experience).

Key responsibilities:

Day to day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton

Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services

Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements

Budgeting and financial management and staff management

Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration

Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences

Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach

Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
