Week 1:

Monday and Tuesday NIGHT duty 10.30pm - 7.15am

Week 2:

Monday and Tuesday AFTERNOON duty 2.45pm - 10.45pm

About the role

Baptistcare Balladong Gardens, York WA is looking for a permanent part time Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. In this role, you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration

• Have a minimum of 2 years post-basic nursing experience

• Have experience in a clinical leadership role

• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in an emergency situation

We offer 26 individual rooms, each featuring quality furnishings that will make our residents feel right at home.

The dedicated memory support unit features 13 individual rooms within a secure, safe and stimulating environment, where professional nurses and trained staff deliver 24-hour care. Residents can enjoy communal areas, quiet lounges, and an outdoor courtyard.
