Are you ready to take the next step in your broking career? Join a well-established and growing insurance brokerage with offices across Australia. Due to continued success, they're now seeking an Insurance Broker to support their expanding portfolio.

About the Role

As an Insurance Broker, you will provide support to the team by broking accounts, reporting results and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with an account manager on a portfolio of SME and corporate clients to identify business opportunities, acquire new clients and retain existing ones. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Respond to client queries and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Assist with renewals, quoting and placing cover
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
• Present recommendations to clients and support the end-to-end broking process

What We're Looking For

• Tier 1 qualified with some experience in general insurance
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Organised, adaptable and proactive
• A team player who’s keen to learn and grow
