The Team Leader – Admissions plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding high-preforming teams dedicated to delivering exceptional student administration services. This role oversees the day to day operations of teams managing Enrolments, Student Accounts and Short Courses.
The Team Leader ensures the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and administrative standards, initiates continuous process improvement and drives compliance with relevant regulations and policies. They provide expert advice, operational support and leadership to staff along with collaborating across all SWTAFE departments. This role works closely with the Team Leader - Customer Experience to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent support throughout the student lifecycle.
The must haves
Mandatory requirements
- A relevant Diploma or higher-level qualification or, a combination of lesser qualifications and/or extensive experience working in a Customer Service role (preferably in an educational setting).
- Experience in leading a team.
- Customer Relationship Management experience.
- High level of digital and computer literacy.
- Employee Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Satisfactory Police Check.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
Highly desirable requirements
- Experience within the education industry.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
