Dal Mondo, a busy country restaurant in Traralgon requires a qualified Chef who loves to cook dishes with no barriers. You will need to have a qualification of at least a Diploma in Hospitality or Commercial cookery with one year of experience in a commercial kitchen. You will be hard-working, organised, creative, and passionate about food and customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation, Menu planning, Kitchen maintenance and pursuing food safety requirements.
