Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to lead new clients through the onboarding and configuration process. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor the Microkeeper platform accordingly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, problem-solving, and delivering a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of the platform.
Gather and analyse client requirements to customise system configuration and workflows.
Deliver onboarding sessions and training to empower clients with confidence in using Microkeeper.
Troubleshoot initial technical issues and coordinate with support or development teams as required.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.
Identify potential for improvement and assist in developing best practices to improve the implementation process.
Document client configurations, preferences, and feedback to support long-term account success.
Qualifications
1–2 years experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into plain language.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with experience juggling multiple projects.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and deliver practical solutions under tight timelines.
Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
Experience with workforce management software or payroll systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
Background in payroll, rostering, or HR administration.
