With ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we're expanding our team and seeking a reliable, safety-focused Scaffold and Safety Rail Installer to join us.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing and dismantling scaffolding and temporary safety rails (edge protection) on a variety of construction sites. You’ll play a key part in ensuring safe work environments for roof plumbing teams and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding and edge protection systems.

Follow all safety regulations and site protocols.

Load, unload and transport equipment to and from job sites.

Work efficiently with site teams to meet deadlines.

Conduct maintenance and ensure all gear is in good condition.

Skills and Experience

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required

Working at Heights certification – required

Manual Driver’s Licence (MR or HR desirable)

Basic or Intermediate Scaffolding Ticket – highly regarded

Excellent understanding of safety standards and fall protection

Physically fit, reliable, and a good communicator
