Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited installer with Battery accreditation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing solar PV systems and battery storage solutions for residential and commercial clients across the Mornington Peninsula. This is an immediate start position with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Installation: Safely and efficiently install solar PV systems and battery storage solutions in accordance with Australian standards and regulations.

Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing solar and battery systems.

Compliance: Ensure all work complies with SAA and industry standards, including relevant safety protocols.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication, site assessments, and post-installation support.

Documentation: Complete required paperwork, including installation certificates and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Accreditation: Current Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) and Battery accreditation.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in solar and battery system installation.

Location: Hastings based, with travel to job sites across the Mornington Peninsula.

Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as required.
