Organisational Profile
Our client is a well-established business that have built a reputable name in the market. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated accounts professional to join their team based in Melbourne's CBD for a period of 3 months.

Position Description
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:

• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconciliations
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Ideal Candidate
To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience within Accounts Payable
• A keen eye for detail
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in a large ERP system advantageous
