About the Position
We are looking to welcome an Integrated Therapy Clinician to work in a systemic and collaborative manner, using developmental, attachment, discipline specific and trauma theories, to provide assessment and intervention in accordance with the NMT, for children, young people and their families.
- Full time permanent position.
- Level 6 SCHCADS Award.
- Salary range: $106,390 to $111,093 + Superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding trauma informed and multi-generational therapeutic service to children, young people and their families.
- Embed the NMT approach, discipline specific child development, attachment, trauma, sensory regulation, and socio-emotional wellbeing theories, in assessment and intervention.
- Identify and work toward client goals and achieving successful case outcomes for children who have experienced developmental trauma and their caregivers/families as applicable.

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Counselling.
- Registration or eligibility for registration/membership with professional organisation.
- At least two years’ experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by developmental trauma or experienced abuse and neglect, or at least two years’ experience working in similar roles.
- Experience providing individual, systems and group therapy to children, young people and their families.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
- Eligibility for a NDIS Worker Clearance Check.
