We specialise in supplying fresh vegetables of the highest quality to the local and national market. With over 30 years' growing experience, our family-owned and operated business proudly supplies a range of premium produce including broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, celery, silverbeet, spring onions and kale. We are located in Caraban 6041 near Woodridge approximately 1hr drive from Perth.

Tasks & responsibilities
Operate the PALM portal to manage incidents, recruitment and accommodation.
Maintain and close out accommodation issues.
Assisting workers with essential services, emergency transport, religion or community activities.
Liaise with appropriate departments about issues and promoting awareness of resources and activities.
Supporting workers and providing ongoing education regarding rules, regulations and company policies.
Assist workers to solve social, emotional and financial problems.
Prepare and contribute to meetings when required weekly or fortnightly.
Able to work share in a team environment.
Maintain health insurance for workers.
Maintain occupational health and safety policy.
Implement social media materials and strategies to promote company’s image.
Qualifications & experience
Equivalent welfare and wellbeing support experience and certification ie. social work, community services, mental health, healthcare, administration or human resources.
First aid certification or equivalent.
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Full driver's licence is essential.

About the role
This position is responsible for working closely with the management on assigned tasks on selected weekdays. You will be dealing onsite with various departments such as special projects, ethical audits and occupation health and safety. You are required to be focused on this role however the successful candidate will be provided ongoing training.
