About the Role

Bugalugs Pest Control is seeking a qualified Pest Control Technician or a motivated trainee looking to start your career in pest control. As a Pest Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers. What You'll Be Doing

Conducting thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans

Applying a range of pest control methods, including the safe use of chemicals, to effectively eliminate pests

Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on prevention and management of pest issues

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pest control activities

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and coordinated pest control operations

What We're Looking For

Trainee

No previous pest management experience required as a Trainee

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, informative advice to clients

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to various job sites within the local area

A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately document jobs

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

Pest Technician

Current qualification in Certificate III Urban Pest Management

Qualified or willingness to undertake qualification in Timber Pest Management

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Pest Technician or in a similar role within the pest control industry

Strong technical knowledge of common pests and effective control methods

Proficiency in the safe handling and application of pest control chemicals and equipment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, informative advice to clients

A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately document pest control activities

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to various job sites within the local area
