About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/ Delivery lead to join a large-scale data transformation program within one of Australia’s leading banks.

This role will lead the Operating Model workstream, supporting the delivery of a Business Rules Engine and other related enterprise capabilities.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing both technical and business operating models and ensuring seamless handover to BAU teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of target operating models for both project delivery and BAU transition
• Support controls assessment and uplift across the data environment
• Run Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Manage workstream planning, estimation, and progress tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology

Required Experience

• Extensive experience delivering Target Operating Models in large, complex programs
• Strong background in controls uplift, risk management, or regulatory data initiatives
• Proven experience working within large financial services organisations
• Hands-on knowledge of Scaled Agile delivery environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident, engaging senior stakeholders
