The Role:

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our high-achieving agents, assisting with daily operations, client interactions, and property transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Assist agents in all aspects of the property selling process.

Coordinate appointments, open houses, and viewings.

Manage communication with clients, including follow-ups and updates.

Prepare and manage real estate documents and listings.

Support marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.

Handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic understanding of the real estate market and sales process.

Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
