We currently operate in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, with plans to go fully national in the next 12–18 months. Our clients include some of the biggest names in the hospitality and fitness space.

The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Manager based in Adelaide to lead our cleaning operations across South Australia, with the potential to take on parts of Victoria as we grow.

You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across a portfolio of hospitality venues, gyms, and other high-traffic sites

Managing and motivating a team of cleaners contractors and site supervisors

Conducting site inspections, audits, and quality control checks

Building strong relationships with clients and being their key point of contact

Ensuring jobs are delivered on time, to spec, and at a healthy margin

Assisting with quoting, onboarding new sites, and driving operational improvements

Supporting potential growth into a State Manager role based on performance and leadership

About You
We’re after someone who is:

Based in Adelaide (or willing to relocate)

Ambitious – you want to own your region and grow with the business

Highly organised with great attention to detail

A confident communicator – both with staff and clients

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Ideally experienced in cleaning operations, hospitality, or service-based industries

A driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites is essential

What You’ll Get

$90,000 base salary + superannuation

OTE of $120,000+ (performance-based bonuses)
