What we are looking for:

1 x New Graduate/Early Career Speech Pathologist: we understand that the early stages of your career are all about learning and putting your skills into practice. Our early career program focuses on education and supervision to ensure you build confidence and competence in your preferred area of interest.

1 x Experienced Speech Pathologist (min 2 years): we have clients waiting and can tailor your caseload to suit your client and location preferences (eg paeds only, adults only or a mix). We mainly service Melbourne north and east but will organise your caseload around our clinic and your home. The role has flexibility to work from home/office and opportunities to supervise clinicians and/or grow into a leadership role

Start Late Aug/Sep 2025 or February 2026

Scheduling planning and prioritizing support

Tailoring caseload to your area of interest (Mental health, ASD/ID/Developmental, Neurological/Physical, AAC, dysphagia: Paediatric, Adult (or a combination of these at your preference)

Targeted caseload location (no unnecessary driving)

Full time admin support

Dedicated IT support

Provision of all your equipment and resource needs

Established clinic and office space

Travel allowance paid weekly (even when on leave)

About You

SPA Registration

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology (minimum)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Current driver's license
