About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team at OCD Brilliance. The successful candidate must be located in Beechboro, WA 6063 or surrounding areas and be happy to travel to client locations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our NDIS participants, ensuring their homes are kept clean, safe and comfortable while supporting them to achieve their personal and NDIS goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Cleaning Responsibilities:

Providing routine cleaning services to NDIS participants, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens

House cleaning and other household tasks as required

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in participant homes

Following documented procedures carefully and consistently

Communicating effectively with participants to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences

Working one-on-one with participants to support their independence and wellbeing

Documentation and Communication:

Using mobile applications for recording times, checking job status and adding progress notes

Handling all OCD Brilliance and participant information in a confidential manner

Compliance and Safety:

Adhering to all NDIS guidelines and workplace health and safety requirements

Following infection control and PPE procedures

Maintaining 100% duty of care with participants and all third parties involved

Abiding by company Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or NDIS support role

Knowledge of NDIS and their guidelines

Knowledge of infection control and PPE procedures

Detailed cleaning knowledge (additional training will be provided)

Experience in housekeeping and knowledge of cleaning industry

Technology savvy – ability to use mobile app applications (ShiftCare)

Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check

Suitable motor vehicle and ability to travel

Desirable Qualifications

First Aid and CPR certification

Previous support work experience in disability services
