About the role

Custom Cleaning Co. is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team in Perth. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are left spotless and inviting. This is a casual role that offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Ideally we are seeking someone to start 2/3 days a week with additional work available upto 5 days per week.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning homes to the highest standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising all areas

Adhering to client-specific cleaning instructions and preferences

Replenishing supplies and reporting any issues or damages to the business owner

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour

Maintaining the cleanliness of company equipment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a residential cleaning role or similar service-oriented position

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly

Strong organisational skills and the capability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a commitment to high-quality work

A friendly and polite personality with excellent customer service skills

Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence , or utilise one of company vehicles
