NES Fircroft are partnering with a global resources client who are looking for a PRODUCTION SCHEDULER to join the team. This is initially a 3 month contract

The Role:

8:6 roster FIFO Perth

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for scheduling daily mine production tasks and activities and communicating these plans and outcomes to the wider team

Duties will include:

• Assist in developing mining plans based on all available orebody information to support short, medium and long-range planning.
• Produce Daily Load & Haul production schedule (PLOD).
• Manages stockyards, grade control and plant input rates.
• Monitor and report variances against the short and medium term mine schedule
• Ensure all design work maximises the economic potential of the ore-body.

The Requirements:

• Experience in production scheduling, within a mining environment
• Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
