Trainer Assessor (Production)
FIFO Ex Perth - 2/1 - Days + Nights
$80+ per Hour + Super + Weekly Pay

Due to ramp up from one of our key clients - Fetch are seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor to support a fast growing owner operator mining company in the Goldfields.

Whats On Offer:

• 2/1 Roster - Days + Nights
• $80+ Per Hour + Super
• Implement and support safety and performance strategy and KPIS
• VOC, OHS and mentoring of staff on site including experienced and new to industry operators
• Long term on going role with permanency on offer after 3 months
• Facilitate inductions and deliver high-quality safety and on-the-job training
• Manage and update training records and documentation
• Support OHS function of the business

Machinery On Site:

• D10 Dozers
• 777, 785 Dump Trucks
• 980, 988 Loaders
• 16M Graders
• PC1250 Excavators

Experience Required:

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment
• Ideally 5+ years in a similar role (production experience essential)
• Extensive operational experience in the mining industry
• A strong understanding of OHS legislation and standards

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to complete online inductions
• Will need 2 recent contactable references
• Must be able to commence ASAP
• Full Australian Working Rights - no sponsorship
