About the role

Dawn's Pet Grooming is seeking an experienced Senior Dog Groomer x2 to join their team in Castle Hill, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring they are well-cared for and leave our salon looking and feeling their best.

What you'll be doing

Washing, drying, brushing, trimming and styling dogs of all breeds and sizes

Providing expert advice to clients on proper pet grooming and hygiene

Identifying any health or skin issues and recommending solutions

Maintaining a clean and organised grooming area

Collaborating with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service

Upholding strict safety and animal welfare standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a professional dog groomer

Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types and grooming techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure

Compassionate and gentle approach when handling animals

Commitment to continuing education and professional development
