The role

As a Service Delivery Officer, you’ll undertake basic procedural, clerical, operational and administrative activities under clear direction.

Your duties

• Follow policies and procedures to deliver results
• Open, sort and scan mail
• Accurately input data into our internal systems

Skills and experience

• Experience in a fast-paced data entry role
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Supportive and cooperative team player
