Are you passionate about proactive injury prevention and workplace wellness? TrendPac is seeking a dedicated and dynamic On-Site Physiotherapist to lead our Early Intervention Program (EIP) and drive our physical health and safety initiatives at our Berkeley Vale site.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will be the cornerstone of our proactive health strategy - delivering early intervention, injury prevention, and wellness support to our operational teams. You’ll also work closely with the Safety Leader and other departments to embed a culture of wellbeing and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver early intervention assessments and treatment for employees reporting soreness or discomfort.

Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement workstation adjustments.

Lead and facilitate manual handling training, warm-up programs, and toolbox talks.

Perform regular spot checks and retraining to reinforce safe work practices.

Maintain injury dashboards and provide monthly reporting to leadership.

Collaborate on return-to-work planning and light duty task allocation.

Collaborate and be the information guru with for the Operation and Safety teams ensuring Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) reports are within guidelines and have the best manual handling practices.

Support documentation and follow-up processes using SafetyChampion.

Complete Pre-employment functional assessments of potential employees.

Contribute to wellness initiatives and health promotion activities.

What You’ll Bring

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with experience in occupational health or workplace injury prevention.

Strong communication and training facilitation skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.

Familiarity with WHS legislation and injury management best practices.

Experience with documentation, reporting, and data-driven health planning.
