About the Role:

As an Onsite Physio, you’ll work directly with employees and employers across a range of industries—helping to prevent injuries before they occur using evidence-based, proactive solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering onsite physiotherapy and early intervention
• Conducting ergonomic and manual handling assessments
• Providing tailored health education and advice
• Collaborating with employers on injury prevention strategies
• Supporting individuals to stay healthy, confident, and work-ready

This is a role where you’ll go beyond treatment—you’ll become a trusted health partner and workplace wellbeing champion.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualified: Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy + full AHPRA registration
• Experienced: Minimum 1 year in musculoskeletal physio (private practice or onsite experience ideal)
• Proactive & Personable: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Practical: Full working rights in Australia, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport
