Tusk Group is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operators to join a dynamic and supportive team in Thomastown, working with a respected Global Company. This is an exciting opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a customer-facing, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately

Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

Loading and unloading stock into trucks and trailers

General housekeeping duties

Daily interaction with customers – providing excellent service

Using computers for basic warehouse tasks and order management

Working collaboratively in a small, tight-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

Valid forklift license with proven experience (Counterbalance essential; High Reach highly desirable)

Previous warehousing or logistics experience

Strong people skills – able to interact professionally with customers and team members

Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory tasks

Good communication and attention to detail
