About the role

Ralphs Meat Company is seeking a Casual Forklift Operator to join our team at our Seymour, Victoria plant. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our busy warehousing and distribution facility. This is a casual position offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment to load, unload and move stock and materials
• Ensuring goods are securely stacked and stored in the appropriate locations
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Assisting with inventory management tasks as required
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• A current Forklift Licence (or equivalent)
• Experience operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment in a warehousing or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
