Our client, based in Coburg North, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Transport Bookings Clerk to join their busy Customer Service team.

This is an ongoing casual position with a strong potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Working Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
Payrate $32-$35 based on experience plus super

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking transport via Coles & Woolworths portals
• Raising and reconciling CHEP dockets
• Booking carrier time slots for next business day collections
• Resolving transport-related issues efficiently
• Serving drivers at the window and issuing paperwork for collections/deliveries
• Handling internal and external customer calls
• Providing support across dispatch and customer service roles

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dispatch or warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level), 2IC (pallet management), Coles & Woolworths portals
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and minimal absenteeism
• Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to undergo a Police Check
• Provide two valid work references
