Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and Licensed Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Sydney, NSW to become either an Electrical Installer or Electrical Sales Tech.

Electrical Installer - You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Electrical Sales Tech - You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our electrical services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Both roles require a strong focus on customer interaction and salesmanship. You will engage directly with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades.

What we are looking for:

Valid NSW electrical license

Valid NSW driver’s license and white card

Clean, professional presentation (you are the face of the business)

Ability to fault-find, problem-solve, and efficiently install and maintain skills across the residential sector.

Able to work independently and own your jobs

Great communication and people skills

This role would be suited for someone who has:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in a customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated sales ability and a passion for identifying and pursuing opportunities

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills
