We are currently seeking a motivated and caring person to join our food services team here at Richardson House. The position would be permanent part time with hours to be determined and would be a combination of Cook and Kitchen Hand shifts.

Applicants will need to meet the following criteria:

· Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

· Understanding of the importance of following dietary directives for vulnerable people

· Demonstrate enthusiasm for providing a variety of tasty and nutritious meals for the Residents of Richardson House.

· Ability to follow processes for food safety and cleaning schedules

· Be prepared to undergo a Police Check

· Be a team player and be able to understand and comply with written and verbal instructions including policies & procedures

· Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements

· Basic computer knowledge for online learning purposes

· A commitment to providing exceptional care to the Residents of Richardson House

· Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
