Therapy Assistant – Perth

All Round OT Pty Ltd (trading as All Round Therapy Services) delivers high-quality, person-centred therapy services across Perth, Adelaide and Albany. We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Perth.

This role is ideal for a current Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology student, or an experienced Therapy Assistant or Allied Health Assistant who has worked with NDIS participants and is confident supporting clients in a community setting.

About the Role

As a Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to support clients to build their life skills and independence. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing therapy and capacity-building programs as prescribed by the treating therapist

Preparing and delivering engaging, functional activities tailored to client goals

Supporting clients of all ages with daily living skills, communication, and participation in community life

Providing accurate session feedback and progress updates to therapists and stakeholders

Maintaining detailed, timely and professional documentation

Participating in regular check-ins with supervising clinicians to review progress and adapt support as needed

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference.

You’ll ideally have:

A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying OT or SP)

Experience supporting people with disabilities or working in the aged care sector

A strong understanding of person-centred support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good time management, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)

Competitive salary: From $60,000 including travel allowance pro-rata (commensurate with experience)
