About the Role:
Join a passionate team at the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children, where we deliver exceptional, family-centered paediatric care to children and young people across the ACT and surrounding regions. As a Paediatric Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll lead with purpose-supporting nursing teams, driving clinical excellence, and coordinating patient flow to ensure every child receives timely, compassionate care. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help shape positive health journeys for our youngest patients while playing a key role in managing complex discharges and service operations. Be part of a dynamic, specialised environment where your leadership truly makes a difference.
