They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and has a proven track record in managing AR functions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue timely, accurate invoices to customers

Track receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts

Perform account reconciliations and allocate incoming payments

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues or disputes

Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the AR system

Prepare monthly aging reports and support month-end closing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes

Assist with internal audits and compliance reporting

Requirements:

Ideally, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2–5 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience (required)

Experience working in a large or multinational corporate environment

Strong Excel skills, including experience with data management, formulas, and reporting

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
