About the Role:
As our Marketing Person, you will play a key role in helping our brand shine. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our business owner and operations manager, learning the ins and outs of our operations while bringing your own creativity and enthusiasm to the table.

Our showroom and Warehouse are located in Rocklea and this will be your office location.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products

· Generate leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales

· Collaborate with the owner and operations manager to align marketing efforts with business goals

· Assist in product launches, events, and promotional activities

· Bring passion, pride, and a genuine sense of ownership to everything you do

What We’re Looking For:

· A versatile, can-do attitude – someone who loves to learn and adapt

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· A sense of pride and passion in their work – you care about the impact you make

· The ability to work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment

· Prior experience in marketing and sales is a plus, but above all, we value drive and enthusiasm

· Showing clients through the showroom.

· Opening and closing the showroom as needed.

· Have a passion for renovations and new construction projects as we specialise in high end reconstituted stone.

Our clients include developers, builders, cabinet makers, stonemasons, and the general public, so you’ll be working across a wide range of touchpoints and audiences.

An interest in interior design (or a willingness to learn) will be a real asset in this role and will help you engage authentically with our customers and projects.
