Our workshop is a busy mechanical workshop located in the Northern Gold Coast region. We repair and service a wide spectrum of passenger and commercial vehicles, SUVs and 4WDs for a range of private and business customers. Our workshop is equipped with up to date equipment and we pride ourselves on providing good quality work at reasonable prices.

Skill and Experience

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have/are:

A professional and reliable attitude.

Knowledge and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles.

Effective time management skills.

Able to work independently as well as direct surrounding staff members

Punctual, efficient and responsible.

A keen eye for detail, pride in your work.

Good communication skills.

Hold a Cert III (Motor Mechanic) Trade Qualification.

A current Australian Manual Drivers Licence.

Own tools

Diagnostic experience is preferred

Management experience is preferred

Some of your daily duties within this role will include:

General mechanical repairs.

Servicing.

Identifying and diagnosing issues

Brakes and suspension on Passenger, Light Commercial and 4WD vehicles.

Local pick-ups and test drives.

Parts - ordering and quoting jobs

Liaising with customers in person and over the phone

Invoicing and point of sale when required

Independent direction and management of our small team when required
