RAW Personnel is actively seeking experienced Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander civil construction workers to join our crew on major projects across the Adelaide metropolitan area.

This is not entry-level or remote work. We're looking for reliable, experienced workers who are ready to hit the ground running and join a company that values professionalism, culture, and community.

🔨 Now Hiring:

Skilled Civil Labourers – trench digging, pipe laying support, site clean-up, spotting for machinery, use of power tools, and general construction duties

Plant Operators – excavator, roller, loader, skid steer, etc. (tickets required)

Pit & Pipe Layers – stormwater, sewer, water mains

HR Truck Drivers – current HR licence and proven on-site driving experience

📋 What You’ll Need:

Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (Section 50D – Equal Opportunity Act)

Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in civil construction

Valid White Card

Relevant plant tickets and/or HR truck licence

Own transport and a solid work ethic
