About the Role
Barnardos are looking for a full-timepermanent Senior HR Data & Systems Analyst for the People & Culture Portfolio based in Ultimo, 2007.
This role offers flexibility and can be worked either 4 days or 5 days per week.
The Senior HR Data & Systems Analyst will be responsible for;
- Support the Executive Leader to deliver HR strategy and key projects
- Lead HR system improvements, upgrades, and vendor coordination
- Ensure data integrity and drive continuous HRIS optimisation
- Deliver training and change management for system updates
- Design advanced HR reporting and analytics frameworks
- Lead audits, compliance reporting, and HR assessments
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor HR Consultants and promote a high-performance culture
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support business goals
About You
As a Senior HR Data & Systems Analyst, you will ideally have;
- Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or Computer Science
- Proven experience leading HR system improvements
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerBI skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and change communication skills
- Experience developing HR metrics and driving improvement
- Strong project management and deadline delivery
- Confident influencing and advising managers
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective time management across multiple priorities
- Resourceful, curious, and solution-focused
- Compassionate, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment

Salary: Base $97,800 to $119,600 (pro rata for part time) per annum plus leave loading plus superannuation. Packaging available to receive $15,860 of your salary tax free. Motor vehicle packaging available on selected roles.
To be considered for roles with Barnardos you will need to have (or be willing to have conducted) a National Police Clearance and current Working with Children check Clearance (or APP number) and for the ACT a Drivers History Check, Working with Vulnerable People Card and CYPS Check.
