We’re currently looking for experienced Drillers for FIFO roles in RC and Diamond drilling, as well as experienced local Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Offsiders. About the role

As a Driller, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations. Your role will include:

Operating and managing drill rigs

Assisting with rig maintenance and minor repairs

Setting up, dismantling, and relocating drill rigs and associated equipment

Maintaining equipment and ensuring drilling performance

Supervising and mentoring Offsiders

Upholding all safety protocols and company procedures

This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who enjoy manual work in remote outdoor environments.

Requirements – Diamond Drilling

Essential:

HR-B (or higher) Truck Licence

Demonstrated experience with LF160, DE710/12, UDR, and EDM drill rigs

Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations

Current First Aid Certificate

4WD Training Certificate

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable (or willing to obtain):

High-Risk Forklift (LF) Licence

White Card

Requirements – RC Drilling

Essential:

HR-B (or higher) Truck Licence

Minimum 5 years’ experience in RC exploration or mine drilling (Iron Ore/Gold)

Proficiency with RC 685, Schramm 685i, or similar rigs

Certificate IV in Drilling Operations

Current First Aid Certificate

4WD Training Certificate

Working at Heights (within 2 years)

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable (or willing to obtain):

High-Risk Forklift (LF) Licence

White Card

About the HDD Offsider role

As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll take on a physically demanding and hands-on role, supporting drilling operations in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors, are mechanically minded, and looking for a role with growth potential – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the operation of Horizontal Directional Drills.

Use hand tools and assist with site setup and pack down

Support drill operators and crews on various job tasks.

Maintain clean and safe worksites.

Essential:

MANUAL C class driver’s license min., HR licence preferred.

Own reliable transport.

Mechanically minded and eager to learn.

Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment.

Manual labouring experience and be physically fit to cope with the demands of the position.

White Card.

Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening.

Must be an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Desirable (or willing to obtain):

Excavator ticket.

HR licence.

First Aid certificate.
