About the Role

We’re seeking passionate and compassionate Support Workers and Youth Workers who are ready to:

• Provide person-centred support for clients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Offer personal care with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Deliver emotional support and assistance with mental health needs.
• Promote independence by helping clients attend medical appointments and community events.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity in all aspects of clients’ daily routines.
• Empower individuals with low to high needs, including those displaying challenging behaviours, to achieve their goals.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or a related qualification).
• Current National Police Check.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Yellow and Blue Cards
• A reliable car available for work.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in disability support, youth work, aged care, or a similar sector.
