The Appointment
Within this 100% onsite role, you’ll be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing technology solutions within the infrastructure, network and cyber domains. Day to day will include:

• Supporting the Service Delivery team with ongoing support, including level 3 escalation issues.
• Working closely with the CTO to shape the technology roadmap and drive execution across key infrastructure initiatives.
• Leading the design and implementation of infrastructure, network, and cyber solutions.
• Translating technical strategies into tangible outcomes that drive efficiency, innovation, and performance across three core business tiers.
• Balancing strategic project delivery with operational support responsibilities.
• Working across cloud-hosted environments (Azure), legacy infrastructure, and basic cyber systems. Systems fluency and adaptability are more important than deep expertise in any one stack.

The Appointee
You’re a capable and solutions-focused individual contributor with a knack for influencing outcomes at a strategic level. While you may not have owned an entire roadmap before, you bring deep technical expertise and a desire to make a genuine impact. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in solution design and technical implementation.
• A solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• A design thinking mindset, able to engage confidently in technical conversations from the ground up.
• Experience working with high-volume data systems and optimising performance.
• Strong ownership, resilience, and a bias for action.
• A project management mindset, with the ability to deliver real outcomes.

You will be required to work 5 days a week onsite at their Cannon Hill office.
