Overseeing statutory compliance with ACNC, ORIC, ASIC and ATO

Collaborating with the CEO on business planning and sustainability projects

Coordinating insurance, contract management, and key policies

Engaging with external contractors, bookkeepers and HR providers

Supporting light-touch HR administration where needed

Presenting reports and insights to the CAAMA Board

About You

We’d love to meet someone who:

Brings strong financial acumen and initiative

Is excited to help shape sustainability mechanisms and business models

Has an eye for detail but loves the big picture too

Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced, purpose-driven environments

Is curious, adaptable, and values cultural integrity and impact

Prior experience with grants, reporting, compliance or not-for-profits is helpful — but what matters most is your drive to grow, contribute, and bring bold thinking to the table.
