About the Role
This exciting new role is located in the New England Region -Tamworth NSW!
$31.45 per hour *night shift rate + leading hand allowance + super!
The Cleaning Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and will be responsible for:
Manage delivery of set cleaning standards throughout the site in line with Quality Assurance requirements.
Leading and coordinating cleaning teams throughout the night to ensure sufficient coverage.
Ordering and ensuring adequate cleaning stock available at all times.
Ensure accurate daily reporting is being feedback to the Plant manager & QA manager.
Ensure regular checks are being conducted throughout the site to ensure cleaning standards are being met.
Complete safety checks and report hazards.
To be successful for this role, applicants must have the following:
Manufacturing experience in the meat processing/food industry, including supervising cleaning.
2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Well developed communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong organisational and planning skills, demonstrating effective time management.
Computer skills including Word and Excel.
