Neat Projects are looking for a great all rounder maintenance person to join our team. Someone who is well presented, reliable and confident in general building maintenance.

The Role.

This role is all about making things look good, fixing, repairing and maintaining everything within a health facility fitout so it functions correctly and looks its best. The facilities being maintained are located from the Gold Coast to Cairns and will be attended on an annual basis, so there is a fair amount of travel involved. Some of the day to day duties would include:

Inspection reporting on maintenance issues.

Minor plaster repairs.

Painting

Changing of ceiling tiles.

Joinery repairs.

Sourcing materials.

Adjusting doors.

Install of fixtures and accessories.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal person to fill this role would have a trade background, versatile abilities and take great pride in their work. Experience in plastering and painting will be advantageous.
