Grounds and Maintenance Person

Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, Trinity Lutheran College is a vibrant Christian co-educational P–12 school. This is a full-time, permanent position offering Monday to Friday work (no weekends), this role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a great culture.

The Role

Maintain the school’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment.

Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance to uphold school facilities and infrastructure.

Identify, assess, and carry out repairs or improvements as needed.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, risk management policies, and operational procedures.

Work collaboratively as part of a team, with staff and contractors to coordinate maintenance efforts and support school operations.
