Ktronics is looking for an experienced and motivated Security Technician to join our growing team.

This full-time role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, takes pride in doing quality work, and brings a positive attitude to the job. While we're based on the Northern Beaches, much of our work is in the Western Suburbs and across Sydney so a current drivers licence is a must.

You'll work on projects of all sizes from local small businesses to large multinational brands and be supported daily by our female General Manager with over 15 years of industry experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Service, maintenance, and installation of electronic security systems

Working with brands such as Inner Range (Integriti), Tecom, Paradox, Genetec, Lenel, and others

Installing and troubleshooting CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and intercoms

Cabling and hardware setup

Interacting directly with clients onsite

Occasionally guiding apprentices or junior team members

Ensuring WHS compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic security

High-level experience across commercial environments

Skilled in IP CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

You must have full working rights in Australia - no visa opportunities sorry

Current Driver’s License, Security License, and Cabling License

Self-starter with great time management

Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

Confident communicator with a professional attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Mobotix or similar systems

Commissioning and integration experience

EWP ticket

White Card

Department of Defence Baseline Clearance
