About the role

Join the dynamic team at Morgan Construction Enterprises Pty Ltd as a Telecommunications Field Engineer in our Bullsbrook, WA 6084 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform field installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of telecommunications equipment, including switches, routers, and cabling

Troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunications issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with the broader team to optimise network performance and reliability

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and report on project progress

Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Telecommunications Field Engineer or similar role

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunications issues

Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications equipment, including switches, routers, and cabling

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant certifications or qualifications in telecommunications or a related field
