At Sachi, we deliver a handcrafted culinary experience that celebrates the finesse of Japanese seafood artistry. From our signature Chirashi-Don to the famous Marlin Hamburg, and our exclusive 17-course omakase, we bring passion, precision and purpose to every plate.

We are now looking for a skilled and creative chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a chef, you will prepare and present dishes aligned with our high standards, focusing on premium seafood. You will work closely with the team and contribute ideas to seasonal menus and specialty offerings. The chef will maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness to the highest level.

You will need to meet the following requirements:

· Diploma and at least 6 years of experience

· Excellent knife skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

· Strong organisational and time management skills

The salary for this position will be $76,500-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
